Everything about newspaper has drastically changed over the past decade, including the method of reading it has changed from "page flipping" to "scrolling on the phone"
But, no matter how you read the news, we see the similar patterns across worldwide newspaper.......
For example, the cover page of the newspaper,regardless its orignated country, always contains some similar features such as eye-catching titles,advertisements, prominent male figures,etc.
Focusing on one specific news, the conflict between Venezuela and Colombia, we will see some common features carried through different newspapers. Images, for example, are overly exaggerated for the purpose to support the publisher's standpoint.

It seems like China is not interested in presenting the instigating images to criticize Venezuela's violent police force like the western paper. Instead, its presented image is more about the US's role in this conflict. Here, China is taking a step back as an objective point of view.
Reading the words, we can hardly get a well-rounded information backgroun because the articles are written with biased and subjective perspectives
